Our Charlotte, NC office is seeking a Junior Marketing Database Analyst to join the hawkeye team.

Position Description:
The Marketing Database Analyst position is client service-oriented with a strong combination of analytic and programming capabilities.

The responsibilities of this position could include, but are not limited to the following:
• Database Marketing Program Measurement, Tracking and Reporting
• Data Manipulation
• Presentations of Marketing-Related Learnings to External Clients and Client Groups
• SAS / SQL Programming
• Predictive Modeling
• Database Development
• List Processing

Necessary Skills:
• Self-starter with a desire to strengthen client relationships through proactive problem solving
• Excellent team working, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Demonstrated strong quantitative skills
• SAS (Base and Stat)
• Ability to gather requirements and work with deadlines in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and PowerPoint
• 2-3 Years relevant experience

Desired Skills:
• Degree in marketing, statistics or some quantitative field
• Knowledge of statistical methods with an emphasis on experimental design
• Experience in marketing, consulting, retail, or financial services
