Our Dallas, TX office is seeking an Account Supervisor to join the hawkeye team.

Position Description:

The Account Supervisor is directly accountable for the retention, growth and profitability of existing accounts. This position is to be the lead in knowledge regarding all aspects of the client and their business.

To the client, the Account Supervisor is accountable for his/her team, serving client needs on a daily basis and delivering strategies and programs equal to, or exceeding, their expectations.

The Account Supervisor manages the team and its work in the best interest of the client and the agency, and ensures that the client views the account team as an invaluable marketing partner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day relationship with clients.
• Manage the development and execution of all marketing programs from concept to cost reconciliation.
• Assigns the highest priority to client satisfaction and success by establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships that are strategic, inspire client loyalty and based on shared goals.
• Builds client confidence and trust, strives to exceed expectations, assumes responsibility for solving client problems, ensures commitments are met, solicits input and ideas from clients, and understands the client's business.
• Expands business opportunities within existing accounts and seeks out new opportunities.
• Liaise with internal teams in the execution of project assignments.
• Develop project documentation.
• Provide direction to Account Executives and Account Coordinators.
• Develop new business strategy and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5-7 years of agency experience, with experience working in a variety of marketing tactics.
• Excellent client relations skills
• Strong project management skills
• Solid understanding of fiscal account management
• Experience managing a team, and a positive, flexible attitude
• Ability to work independently immediately
• Exceptional communication skills
